Born and raised in southeastern Spain, in the Region of Murcia, I bring the heart and heritage of Spanish cuisine to every paella I cook. I have made it my mission to bring the true taste of Spain’s national dish to tables across the USA.

Growing up in that privileged region of the Spanish Mediterranean coast, I learned to respect the ingredients, timing, and tradition that define authentic Spanish rice dishes. Today, I specialize in cooking traditional and contemporary paellas that honor the legacy and passion of those who elevated a humble rice dish to be Spain's worldwide gastronomic icon.
